Rev. Dr. Juanita Mincey

Rev. Dr. Juanita Mincey was a trailblazer, community builder, and woman of faith. Through decades of work in programs for women, young people, families, and seniors, she addressed everything from childcare and education to health and housing.

As founder of Christ Crusade, Inc., the only nonprofit social service agency in Opa-Locka at the time of its creation, she built a legacy of programs that spanned from youth development, women's empowerment to substance abuse recovery, elderly respite services, and International ministry.

Her vision wasn’t just local- she established outreach efforts in countries such as Ghana, Haiti, and Germany, always focused on helping people thrive. Through her work, she demonstrated what it means to be a true servant leader.

 

Her Legacy lives on through the Juanita Mincey Foundation- a continuation of her mission to serve God’s people with integrity and compassion. Reverend Mincey believed deeply in empowering women, helping children and respecting seniors. Her life’s work remains the inspiration for all we do.
